1. Services

VyapAI designs and builds custom applications, AI features, websites and workflow tools. Work is agreed in writing before it starts: scope, price, timeline and acceptance criteria, usually beginning with a defined paid milestone.

2. Ownership & handover

Source code handover and ownership terms are set out in the project agreement. You receive the agreed source code, setup instructions and a walkthrough. Third-party software, model and service licences continue to apply to their own components.

3. Hosting & support

Hosting, ongoing maintenance and further development are agreed separately, with responsibilities and costs set in advance. Until agreed otherwise, you are responsible for the environments where the delivered work runs.

4. Website content

Everything on this website is provided as general information, not professional advice. We aim for accuracy but give no warranties about completeness. To the extent permitted by law, VyapAI is not liable for damages arising from use of this website.
